About Hayley
Creating digital art became a passion project of mine back in 2020 when the world was shutting down. When I was encouraged to share my work on line, I was instantly crippled with fear and self-doubt. Despite having worked in the industry over the last 8 years, I had a huge revelation of just how courageous an act it is to show up online as your most authentic self.
Which is why Courageously Social is so special to me – I know first hand the impact choosing to show up on social media despite the fear can have on a person’s life. Now I want to give others the support and encouragement to move past their fear while gaining the knowledge to go after their dreams!

Though the tools in this course can be utilized on all social media platforms, this course focuses specifically on Instagram and TikTok. Focusing on their similarities and addressing their differences where they occur.
Yes! Each week you are given 2-3 homework assignments that directly apply what you learned in class that week to your own Instagram and TikTok account. There is also an additional resource packet with more hands-on assignments you can complete to deepen your understanding.
Choosing to show up and be your most authentic self despite outside pressure to look, act, and think a certain way, IS an act of courage. It can be scary to show up online where there are billions of people ready to share their opinions on you or your work. But social media also has the power to grow your business, enable you to work with incredible brands, get your name out there, and quite literally change your life for the better! Which is why we teach our students to be courageously social – to not let the fear of opinions, expectations, or what if’s get in their way, but to equip them with the knowledge and courage to go after their dreams!
Yes! This course expects you to have some working knowledge of social media. But if you don’t have a dedicated Instagram or TikTok account just yet, that’s okay! You will learn everything you need to know about building your account from scratch so you can show up and build your community right from the creation of your account!

Self-Guided is perfect for students who are just getting started on social media and want to build their knowledge and confidence with showing up online in a way that stands out and grows their account. They will receive access to all 4 weeks of the pre-recorded instructor led lessons, homework, and resource packet.
Coaching is for those who feel confident showing up online but are still not receiving the growth, sales, or opportunities they wish and want 1-on-1 guidance. Included is one 60 minute 1-on-1 coaching call with Hayley, plus Instagram or TikTok account audit. You will need to send an email to hello@alittledropofcourage.com with the title “Courageously Social Coaching” to purchase this course.
Hybrid is a combination of Self-Guided and Coaching. This is perfect for anyone who wants to receive 1-on-1 coaching specific to their account needs while taking the course. Upon enrolling in this course they will receive instant access to the 4-week pre-recorded instructor led videos, homework, and resource packet. Additionally, students receive 4 – 60-minute coaching calls – 1 after each completed lesson. Included in the coaching calls is an Instagram or TikTok account audit, and personalized social media strategy. Students will receive an email with a link to Hayley’s Calendly where they can schedule their first coaching call directly after enrolling.

This course is designed to take 4 weeks. 1-2 lessons per week with time to complete and apply the homework in between. Taking into account life’s unpredictability, students make take longer. Access to the course does not expire so they may come back and re-do lessons or complete lessons as many times as they would like. It is not recommended to complete this course in less than 4 week however, as homework takes time and is an important part of getting the most out of this course.
